Have you ever walked past that person at work who has post-it’s all over their computer screen and desk? If you haven’t, let me introduce you to our client care specialist. Chances are if you’ve forgotten something important it’s written down on her desk. Don’t ask any of us where but she swears there’s a method to the madness.

As a Graduate of George Brown coming here with a background in marketing and communications, it comes as no surprise to the office why she excels at her role and inevitably helps everyone with everything.

The clients she serves all benefit from her high level of attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Every day from 9 am to 9 pm she is on the phone or writing emails to make sure that every question and step of the sales journey is answered and accounted for.

When Samantha isn’t delivering our client’s experiences worth sharing, she’s exploring Toronto’s eclectic food scene. Our team group chat is a picture diary of all things #toronto #food.

Deborah Fox

Her passion for sales and marketing can be dated back to her elementary school days where on hot summer weekends she had a thriving lemonade stand. But she didn’t stop there, she boosted her sales by partnering with local garage sales and the rest is history. 

As a graduate from york university with a bachelor of commerce with an honours specialization in marketing, it comes as no surprise the high level of critical thinking, analytic, communication, and leadership skills she has developed.

She’s overseen numerous projects from concept to completion, demonstrating the ability to turn detailed data into useful strategic insights in order to make the appropriate recommendations to the team during our weekly sales meetings.

Deb is the driving force behind our team results and her marketing prowess is what helps our agents stand out from their competitors and as a result our clients net more in their real estate portfolios.

Deb is always the first one in and gone before the closing bell so she can be there to pick the kids up after work. Some people think superwoman is a comic book character but we see her every day in real life.

Who is that person you know that is just good at everything and secretly even though you love them, deep down part of you wishes that they didn’t make it look so easy? Around the office she is affectionately known as our Swiss Army Knife.

As Graduate from Seneca College where she studied business administration she quickly parlayed the knowledge gained there to help implement the systems and strategies that make up the foundation of our team processes.

She is the brains and beauty behind the team making sure all facets of the business are working in perfect harmony so that each and every client experience is worth sharing. 

Outside of work you can find her burning calories as an active dog walker, ultimate frisbee player and avid cyclist, she’s always on the move.

Chances are you’ve seen Alicia whipping down the mean streets of downtown Toronto on her vintage bicycle and one of a kind turquoise helmet. 

Alicia is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at Ryerson University and has shown interest in pursuing a career in real estate. She is an integral part of our real estate team. She makes sure that every client’s deal goes smoothly from start to finish.

“Don’t sweat the small stuff is her office mantra.” Her painstaking attention to detail puts her to help every agent and client. Allowing agents to focus on servicing their existing clients to the highest degree allowing for experiences worth sharing.

When Alicia is out of the office and away from school she enjoys taking Yoga classes to centre her mind, body and soul.

Angie enjoys every aspect of her role, especially the creative side but even more than that, sourcing is her real passion because who doesn’t love shopping?! If there’s anything someone needs around the office we call in our in house sourcing specialist to get the job done on budget and on time.

Our seller clients benefit from her ability to create a relaxed atmosphere buyers can see themselves living in. More times than she would like to admit, when sellers see the depersonalization, decluttering and transformation their houses go through, they often wonder why they are selling. 

Before moving into staging full time Angie was a licensed Toronto real estate agent. After taking some time off to raise her kids she realized that her true calling was in decorating and boy our we and our clients were lucky she decided to take the plunge into something new.

When Angie isn’t breathing new life into drab and cluttered spaces she enjoys DIY projects especially repurposing or up-cycling old objects she finds around the house or at yard sales.
